Club Field Hockey Runs the Show

Club Field Hockey had a record of 18-1 this year. They ended the fall season as National Champions going undefeated in the tournament at Virginia Beach. The team tallied 83 goals and 7 shutouts. This was the second time in three years that they made it to the championship game.

Seniors:

Caroline Hartel (#7, Co-Captain) played for five years. She’s graduating with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in healthcare management and consulting and a minor in data science. She plans to move to Denver this summer to work in the healthcare industry.

Kaylie DeCosmo (#6, Co-Captain) played for four years. She’s graduating with a degree in Health Science, but is planning to continue her education at Northeastern next year by getting a Master’s in Public Health and plans to head to medical school the following year.

Hannah Pettit (#13, President) played for four years. She is graduating with a degree in Cell and Molecular Biology and will attend grad school in the fall to earn her PhD in biomedical sciences.

Emma Pettit (#5, Fundraiser) played for three years. She is graduating with a combined degree in Political Science and International Affairs and will continue to work as a press assistant for Mayor Marty Walsh after graduation.

Emily Grew (#12, Treasurer) played for four years. She is graduating with a degree in Health Science with plans to attend medical school in the fall.

India Aitkenhead (#8) played for five years. She is graduating with a BS/MS in Bioengineering and Engineering Management. After graduation she will continue to work at Fractyl Laboratories as a systems engineer.

Erin Maryzek (#19) played for three years. She is graduating with a degree in Chemistry and minors in biology and criminal justice and plans to work in Boston after graduation. Congratulations to all the seniors on an incredible career!
