This past weekend, The Northeastern Club Dance team competed in the UDA Solo Showdown and it was a great success! Each category is extremely competitive with talented dancers entering from schools all over the nation. The dance team members worked hard and both ended up placing in their respective categories. Club Dance 2019-2020 Season Recap -Performed at over 40 Northeastern Men’s and Women’s Basketball games! -Successfully held over 15 fundraisers by partnering up with local Boston businesses! -Cheered on the Northeastern Men’s Hockey at both Beanpot games! -First year to have half-time combined performances with NU Cheer! -Learned and performed over 25 dances! -Danced in many Northeastern

The Northeastern University Dance Team was founded in 2003 by a group of Northeastern students passionate about dance and interested in supporting their school at a higher level. Since then, we have grown to be a spirit team staple in the athletic department. Our styles typically include hip-hop, jazz, and pom, with a strong underpinning of technique in all routines.
