No water polo experience is necessary to join our team! We have a wide range of players and skill levels and are happy to teach the basics. We also have no official try-outs and are a no-cuts team! We do ask anyone interested in joining to attend an info session with our eboard and 2-3 practices so you get an idea of the team, the sport, and the commitment. Our only other requirements are that you are already a relatively confident swimmer and are willing to attend practice regularly and try your best! 

We normally practice three days a week for approximately 2hrs each. Our schedule shifts slightly each semester based on pool availability but we typically end up with around 8hrs of pool time a week. We also often have additional weekly workouts or yoga sessions, depending on team interest! Our team dues are typically $150/semester which cover our coach’s salary, league fees, a team water polo suit and cap, etc. Travel tournaments have an additional cost associated with them. If this cost is prohibitive to you joining, please feel free to reach out to an eboard member to discuss alternatives.
