Women in Finance Initiative

The Women in Finance initiative is an effort to better educate, empower, support, and mentor our students exploring careers in finance. Our goal is to facilitate the development of an authentic, lifelong network of professional women who will support each other through the successes and challenges of their careers. Our programming initiatives seek to cultivate a strong community of students, employer partners, alumnae, and faculty by offering engaging career education opportunities, the creation of leadership roles for students, meaningful networking opportunities, and exposure to leading firms across various finance industry areas. Programming for fall 2018 includes an executive speaker series, alumnae breakfasts/lunches, employer hosted coffee chats, a peer mentorship network, and a community service project.
