ABSTRACT:

We will hear about Challenges faced by Program Administrators when implementing energy efficient projects and ways to influence designers, communities, and policy makers from someone who works directly with them

BIO:

Liyang is an Energy Efficiency Consultant at Eversource with focus on New Construction projects. She collaborates with architects, engineers, and developers to design high efficiency buildings and maximize energy incentive. She is also part of the Massachusetts Technical Assessment Committee at Eversource, where she evaluates the energy saving capabilities of emerging technologies in order to deliver more energy efficient solutions.
Prior to joining Eversource, Liyang worked on implementing wifi-thermostats pilot and drain water heat recovery rebate program at National Grid and designed utility scale Solar PV systems at a Boston start-up. She holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst
