The Economics Society is a trio of student-run organizations affiliated with the Northeastern Department of Economics. It serves to promote discussion of relevant economic issues, both in the world and in the department, and encourages the spreading of social and professional opportunities and networking for any student interested in the field of economics. The Northeastern University Economics Society is the umbrella organization for student economic clubs and projects at Northeastern University. The Federal Reserve/Fiscal Challenge Team, EconPress and Northeastern University Economics Society Writing team all fall under the banner of the club.
