New Paper Reporting Large Simulation

We published a new article that reports one of the largest calculations of a biomolecular system. In this study, we performed an explicit-solvent simulation of the ribosome that exceeded one microsecond in duration, which allowed us to characterize the diffusive aspects of large-scale collective rearrangements in the ribosome.
