The Northeastern University squash team is gearing up for the 2017-2018 season with great enthusiasm. Tryouts were held on the 20th and 21st of September and we were glad to see a lot of new faces competing for a spot on the team. The team started official practices from Monday through Thursday starting October 2nd.

The team is scheduled to start the season with a home game against Babson College on the 27th of October. We have a lot of exciting matches lined up for the season starting October with the likes of Boston College, Boston University, Connecticut College, Amherst College, Vassar College and a couple of round robin tournaments as well. Also, the team is happy to introduce our new co captain Connor Rouan who is will be captaining the Huskies along with Dan Blohm who returns this season after his absence due to co op.

On October 28th, the NEU Squash Team will be hosting it’s annual alumni event at the SquashBusters facility. The current team members will compete against the alumni of the Huskies squash team. Food will be provided for this event so feel free to come down, cheer and donate towards the Northeastern University Squash Team.
