Abstract: The artifact houses profiles of primarily black owned restaurants in the greater Boston area on an Instagram account. Food justice not only spans from food systems but also racial injustices. The team’s hope is that by promoting black owned restaurants, awareness and advocacy for food and racial based justice can be spread online.
