Abstract: Due to the current pandemic, the Boston Centers for Youth and Family have been closed for the past 7 months. There are a lot of uncertainties regarding the future of the Family Gym program, including what the business model will look like and how to best adapt to meet the needs of the families. So the question is: How has COVID and asynchronous engagement changed customer attitudes and preferences regarding the play of children?
