Abstract: This presentation represents a summary of the consulting project students worked on with our client, The National Council for Adoption. Overall, students did an excellent job at highlighting the research, problem identification, and data interpretation for the Missouri foster-care system. The presentation specifically focuses on recommendations for training and retention strategies for LGBTQ+ foster parents in Missouri.
