This semester the Food Justice and Social Change class partnered with YMCA ILC Boston to create and present a series of Food Justice workshops for one of the ESOL courses offered by YMCA ILC. Students from the Food Justice and Social Change class were separated into 5 groups to present a different topic in Food Justice; What is Food Justice?, Food Production, Food Access, Food Distribution & Waste, and Social Change & the Food System.
