This presentation displays the work that we did with the Boston Brakers. It highlights the community assets and constraints the team faces and offers suggestions to help facilitate practice organization and help new members to the team onboard and acquire the skills and knowledge they need to play. Ultimately, our goal was to help raise awareness for this organization and improve the learning experience for all athletes on the team.
