ChargeRx powers the patient experience with unique portable chargers for patient use in medical offices. While waiting for an MRI, an appointment, or a loved one, users can charge an iPhone and micro USB device simultaneously. Scout took on the branding, user testing and label design, and a sales website.
Our heaviest user testing yet had us canvassing campus asking anyone and everyone to try the device, resulting in comprehensive labels that explain the charger in diagrams as well as provide advertising space for the customer. While pushed outside our comfort zone, the feedback we received from testing proved to be a valuable asset in our iterative design process.
