The College of Computer and Information Science reserves the right to modify
the curriculum described in this document or the individual courses
as necessary in the future.
Revision of June 1, 2012:
-
Removes the Breadth-or-Depth Requirement on the General Electives.
Revision of September 13, 2012:
-
Changes the definition of CS elective to the common definition that
allows most CS and IS courses.
Revision of December 20, 2012:
-
Notes the changes in offering the Overview and Co-op Preparation courses.
Computer Science (61 or 62 SH: 14 @ 4 SH, 5 or 6 @ 1 SH)
Required Computer Science Courses (49 or 50 SH)
Freshmen and certain transfers will take CS 1200
during Fall semester.
Starting in Fall 2012, all students will take CS 1210
in the semester before going on co-op.
Prior to Fall 2012, transfers took CS 1220 instead
of CS 1210. Starting in Fall 2012, CS 1220 will not be offered.
