About

Physics Kiosk is an outreach program initiated by the physics department at Northeastern University that aims to seed curiosity about science within the general public. The long term goal of this program is to build physics themed kiosks and deploy them at various locations in and outside of the university’s campus that will reach out to the general public. As a first step, we are working on building cloud chamber kiosks that will be displayed in local branches of Boston and Cambridge public libraries.

Physics Kiosk is supported by an APS public outreach grant, as well as a matching grant by the College of Science and the physics department at Northeastern University.
