Behnaz’s paper, “Background Subtraction via Fast Robust Matrix Completion” got accepted at RSLCV/ICCV 2017. RSLCV is an international workshop on “Robust Subspace Learning and Applications in Computer Vision” in conjunction with ICCV2017.
