The Architectural Team (TAT)
ABSTRACT:
We are thrilled to host a panel of Senior Project Managers from The Architectural Team (TAT) to provide a glimpse into the inner-workings of a highly successful design firm.
One of the unique qualities of TAT is their long standing relationships with their clients – 80% of their business is from repeat clients. They also work collaboratively with each client to create programmatic and design solutions that align with their specific project goals. TAT’s reputation for exceptional client service, technical excellence, and dependability is born from their culture of stability and team cohesion. They are horizontally organized, which means all key team members participate in all phases of a project: initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure – ensuring resource allocation, effective communication, and proper project execution. The same team that works on the design will participate in contract administration. This well-rounded approach to roles and responsibilities extends to TAT’s adept understanding of the engineering disciplines on the in-house coordinated and led design team, as well as their knowledge of construction considerations.
TAT’s team spearheads a highly collaborative process with clients, consultants, and engineers to develop inspired, sustainable, practical, integrated solutions. Each one of the panelist is a strong contributor to the overall success of the firm, with diverse areas of expertise, significant project management experience and the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial culture that demands responsibility, trust, and accountability. It is an honor to have TAT represented by three professionals that can speak to the firm’s work in various ways.
