The first part of this discussion will focus on how Gensler tracks key performance metrics across a global design practice, and how this informs goal setting for projects of all scales. We will share Gensler’s results from the AIA 2030 Commitment, highlighting how this platform and our signing of the COP 21 Paris Pledge for Action on Climate Change has guided our work. We will finish with case studies for a few surprise transformative projects!
