ABSTRACT:

This presentation will cover state and local policies toward low carbon and carbon neutral new buildings and major renovations, trends toward zero net energy buildings, a look at some example projects, and a review of Mass Save and other incentives/grants available to support these projects.

BIO:

Kim Cullinane is a Senior Energy Efficiency Consultant for Eversource, work on new construction projects.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Cornell University and a Master of Public Administration from The George Washington University.  She is married with two children, ages 13 and 11, and enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible in her free time.
