- We are accepting free Student Project of the Year Award submissions until September 30 at 5:00pm. All the information is in the Google form and the event page. We will coordinate directly with submitters to make sure they are in attendance at the awards ceremony.
GBS 2022 Call for Volunteers:
Built Environment Plus is calling for volunteers for this year’s Green Building Showcase, being held at Harvard’s Science and Engineering Complex in Allston on October 27, 2022, from 4-9:30pm. In order for the event to run smoothly, we need support from generous volunteersfor various tasks, such as:
- Event setup & takedown
- Wayfinding and crowd control
- Monitoring external building doors
- Clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness of space
- Tech support
- General guest questions & staff support
BE+ will require a volunteer agreement to be signed prior to the event. While the event runs from 4-9:30pm, we may need volunteers to arrive early and stay late to assist with setup and takedown. Please note that event staff will not be allowed to eat or drink until after the end of event programming. Please fill out this Google form if you are interested in volunteering, and we will follow up with you directly.
