In a recent News@Northeastern article, the Our Marathon project reflects on their work curating and preserving the artifacts and oral histories from the events surrounding the Boston Marathon bombing five years ago. When the project started, the team was led by NULab graduate students, Jim McGrath (PhD’15) and Alicia Peaker (PhD’14), as well as English and NULab core-faculty members, Elizabeth Maddock Dillon and Ryan Cordell. The project worked collaboratively with local communities, including WBUR, the Boston City Archives collections, The Boston Globe, WCVB, and others.
