The Digital Scholarship Commons will offer a series of informal discussions this semester exploring the role of digital technologies in teaching, learning, and research. Faculty and graduate students are welcome. Bring a bag lunch to 211 Snell. Light refreshments will also be served. The first Discussion of the year is on Data Visualization and will feature a presentation by Professor Isabel Meirelles, focusing on on the use of visualization tools across the university. What tools are people using and what are their features, blind spots, and future directions? How are these tools being used in teaching, research, and administration?
Join us on September 24 at noon!
