Best Student Paper Award at EFTF-IFCS 2017

The paper Z. Qian, V. Rajaram, S. Kang and M. Rinaldi, “NEMS Infrared Detectors based on High Quality Factor 50 nm Thick AlN Nano-Plate Resonators”, has been honored as a winner of the Best Student Paper at the 2017 European Frequency and Time Forum & International Frequency Control Symposium (IFCS-EFTF 2017) on July 12, 2017 in Besancon, France.
