Generic projections |
Abstract: A geometric object X is fully described or 'embedded' via a vector space V of functions. How much information is lost in replacing V by a randomly chosen subspace of given dimension? We try to shed ('project') some light on a special case of this problem occurring in complex Algebraic Geometry. |
