The Ombuds

Dr. Kimberly Wong has served as the university ombuds for graduate students since 2019.

Kim is a licensed counseling psychologist with more than fifteen years of experience working with culturally diverse students in higher education. She holds an MS.Ed. in Counseling and Personnel Services and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Fordham University’s Graduate School of Education. Kim is also a trained mediator. She is a member of the International Ombuds Association (IOA) and practices in accordance with the IOA’s Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.
