NUES Speaker Series: Professor Aggarwal

As part of NUES’ Speaker Series, we will be hosting Professor Aggarwal! Professor Aggarwal’s current research interests include corporate governance, the economics of organizations, optimal capital structure, bankruptcy, executive compensation and incentives, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, boards of directors, hedge fund performance evaluation, and fraud and stock market manipulation. Professor Aggarwal graduated first from Yale University with a BA in Economics, followed by an MA and PhD in Business Economics from Harvard University.
