Physical Activity

This resource was developed in order to help the Northeastern student population maintain and meet the CDC’s recommended amount of physical activity per week for adults age 18-64 years old. In this resource are links to infographics and exercise demos to help one start becoming more active.

The following exercise demonstrations were developed in order to help the Northeastern student population maintain and meet the CDC’s recommended amount of physical activity per week. The exercises taught in these videos could be performed with everything available to a student at home whether that be a dorm, apartment, house, etc.
