Figure Skating

The Northeastern University Figure Skating Club (NUFSC) allows students to continue or learn figure skating competitively and non-competitively at any level in freestyle and ice dance. NUFSC is part of the US Figure Skating (USFS) Collegiate Skating Program, and NUFSC competes in 2-3 USFS-sanctioned intercollegiate competitions each year at varying New England colleges. NUFSC practices in the historic Matthews Arena 2-3 times per week, where students also take private lessons with our coach and work on improving their skills and programs. Off the ice, NUFSC hosts and participates in many team bonding events including but not limited to aerial yoga, strength and conditioning workouts, fundraising events, and team dinners. Joining NUFSC is a great way to make friends, stay active, and continue figure skating through college!

We don’t have too many video clips, but we do have a Facebook where we have many pictures of members doing fun stuff!
