Background:

William graduated with his Bachelor's in Computer Science from the University of Mississippi in 2004. He then worked for several years on business software for the university administration at Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York. His experience with business software and HCI research has led him to a passion for well-designed software interfaces that aren't merely functional but actively cultivate a joyful experience when using software.
