Exercise 13.6: Qualitative behavior of the 2D Ising model

Calculate $\langle E \rangle$, $C$, $\chi$ and $m$ as a function of temperature for $L=4$, $L=8$ and $L=16$. Plot the results and describe their qualitative behavior. Do you see any evidence of a phase transition?
